Pre-registration for the conference is mandatory for all participants. Registration will be opened after the programme have been published, beginning of May 2018.
Participants are required to finance their own travel and accommodation.

The registration fee includes access to the sessions and presentations, the conference kit, lunches, coffee breaks and refreshments, the Welcome and the OSTST Reception and the Symposium dinner.
There is no possible exemption from the registration fee.

Payment
Payment of the registration fee is required within 14 days from the registration date.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau events.organisation@esa.int

Cancellations received up until 9 September 2018, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received after 9 September 2018 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
