Oral Presentation


  • Presenters shall respect the allocated time (see the preliminary Programme as soon as it is available) per presentation.
  • According to the assigned session, each oral slot will be 20 min long: 15 min for presentation + 5 min for Q&A after every presentation.
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB stick (make a folder if not a single file), name it LastnameSessionname.type (e.g., PresenterSessionA.ppt). If you participate to the meeting remotely, please send your oral presentation to events.organsation@esa.int to benefit from the IT assistance in case issues should arise during your presentation.
  • At the beginning of the day, when your presentation is scheduled, please go to the regia in the meeting room and provide your presentation.
  • Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and to make their presence known to the chair of the session.
  • Presenters are welcomed to use the PPT template for oral presentations.

Poster Presentation

  • Presenters at the poster sessions shall bring their own printed posters. Posters should be mounted during 12 June 2023.
  • Presenters are welcome to use the template for poster presentations.
  • The maximum poster size is A0, Portrait orientation. The poster boards will be 200cm high and 1m wide.
  • Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a “proper” full-size poster rather than using multiple smaller (e.g. A4) sheets.
  • Formal poster sessions are held on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th from 18:00 to 19:30, but coffee breaks could also be opportunities to present the posters.
