The registration fee includes access to the sessions and presentations, the conference kit, coffee breaks and refreshments. 
There is no possible exemption from the registration fee.

Cancellation policy 
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau events.organisation@esa.int

• Cancellations received up until 17 February 2019, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received after 17 February 2019 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
