Presenters are expected to stick to their allocated presentation time to allow for adequate time for the Q&A slot afterwards.

Please send your presentation by Friday 21st June 11:59am CEST  to events.organisation@esa.int. The presentation should be in PPT or PDF format, and titled LastnameSessionname.type (e.g., PresenterSession3.ppt). Same day uploading is only possible in exceptional circumstances and for changes to slides.

Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and to make their presence known to the chair of the session.
