COVID-19 Regulation
within Swarm Data Quality Workshop 11 for in-presence attendees:
Due to local rules for hybrid meetings, in-presence attendees are required to have completed a fully vaccination cycle against Covid-19 or documented Covid-19 recovery within the past 6 months. It would be not sufficient to have a certificate of recent negative PCR/Antigen test to attend the event.
Attendees are requested to display their certificates to the Secretariat of the Workshop during their registration. According to privacy policy, no records of these documents will be kept.
According to local rules, it is possible to cover 85% of the hall’s capacity, which widely covers the number of in-person registered participants.
Registration, badge, conference program and certificate awarding will be performed online, when possible. Participants are asked to avoid to share printed versions of the program or other printed documents.
Attendees are requested to always keep the inter-personal distances of 1,5 m towards all directions.
Using a face mask is mandatory for all attendees (including staff, technicians, security), participants and speakers. Alternatively, the speaker may remove their mask during their speech, as long as there is a protective shield in the podium (plexiglass), which will be carefully cleaned and sanitized before every talk.
Attendees are requested to use antiseptic liquid as much as possible and, at least, before entering the room and before breaks and meals.
Speakers are asked to use antiseptic liquid before their presentation. It is also highly recommended to not share pointers or any other personal materials.
During Q&A sessions, questions will be written in the chat box and passed to the Chair to read them orally, in order to avoid the passage of microphones.
Attendees are asked to maintain social distancing during food consumption.
No food consumption is allowed inside the conference hall.
It is an individual responsibility of all DQW#11 attendees to stay updated with their own Country regulations in terms of travel.
