The event is open to all entities from ESA and EU member states. Companies from ESA member states seeking new partners or suppliers can apply for a dedicated poster section to showcase their company and needs.

Participation requires a 50€ fee. Registration for the conference itself as well as for training sessions is mandatory as spaces are limited, slots will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• ESA staff, or contractors working at ESRIN, are exempt from payment and can select this option in the registration form.
