Objectives

The objective of the workshop is to present the status of the Vega exploitation and on going developments of Vega C, Vega Evo and Space Rider, the perspectives and the opportunities to European “Developers” and “End-Users”, including ESA Member States Delegations, Developers from the Space Transportation sector (i.e. Industries, Research Organisations, Universities) and End-Users from the different Space Applications sectors (i.e. satellites manufacturers, payloads providers). 

More specifically, the workshop will provide the overall frame and the detailed elements of the ongoing programmes development activities, encompassing all Vega upcoming products for access to space in low Earth orbit, including their exploitation perspectives, for: 

· single large size payloads; 
· dual medium size payloads; 
· multiple small size payloads; 
· payloads requiring return to Earth; 
· payloads requiring orbit transfer.

The workshop is organised in two days, where the first day plans for presentations from ESA, Industrial Prime Contractors, Payloads Aggregators and Services Operators, whilst the second day the workshop participants may meet ESA and the Industrial Prime Contractors in splinter meetings to discuss perspectives and opportunities of interest upon request within the registration of attendance.
