Paper Submission
Please register on the conference web site, as soon as possible!
NOTE THIS IS A TWO STEP PROCESS!
STEP 1
Authors are invited to submit a two-page extended abstract following the standard format templates provided below. The extended abstract submission must be done in pdf format at the following link
note: besides the pdf file containing the two-page extended abstract, the easychair tool also asks for a plain text short abstract corresponding to a short summary of the two-page extended abstract!
Deadline for the extended abstract submission is 31 July 2017.
STEP 2
Each submitted extended abstract will be peer-reviewed by the Program Committee. The evaluation will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty, and clarity of exposition. Notification of acceptance as oral presentation or poster will be provided to authors by 20 September 2017.
Authors of all accepted contributions will be invited to prepare and submit a four-page proceedings paper addressing the comments of the reviewers. Deadline for the four-page proceedings paper submission is 15 October 2017.
Contributions accepted for oral presentation shall be presented in 20 minutes including time for questions and answers. Contributions accepted for the poster session shall be presented in A0 format.
