Agenda and format

The Agenda for each day is restricted to 4 to 5 hours [please note the changing schedule for each day Wednesday 13:00-17:00; Thursday 10:00-14:00, Friday 10:00-14:00 (plus an hour session in the afternoon) and will comprise plenary panel debates, oral presentations and interactive breakout discussions. Timings specified are CEST.

This is a live event, none of the content is pre-recorded. All of the plenary sessions will be broadcast via this website. Breakout sessions will be private and viewing will be restricted to participants and facilitators only.

Your active participation is encouraged! The success of the colocation depends on your contribution, so please join the meeting in good time and be prepared to make an active contribution. We will be providing tools and opportunities during each session to take part and input, both verbally and through the power of the keyboard. How you can do this will be shared following registration.

Joining instructions

Following registration, you will be provided with a personalised agenda. This will provide you with session details that you should take part in for each day, and will provide you with an access with link so that you can join plenary and breakout sessions in due time.

To fully participate, you will need a computer with internet access, a speaker and a microphone.
