5th Sentinel-2 Validation Team Meeting

11-13 April 2022 | Hybrid Event (@ESA-ESRIN and Virtual) 

Oral Presentation

1. Presentations shall last 15 minutes (including ~15 slides max) plus 5 minutes dedicated to questions and answers.

2. Presenters shall include one slide summarizing the presenter main feed-back/suggestions with respect to the 4th S2VT meeting objectives:
  • To provide validation teams with an up-to-date overview of the Copernicus Sentinel-2 Mission
  • To present results of calibration/validation activities related to the Copernicus Sentinel-2 core products
  • To assess the suitability of Copernicus Sentinel-2 core products for dedicated applications

3. Presenters shall include in the presentation details about:
  1. Test(s) site(s) names, location (latitude/longitude), land/atmosphere/water measurements performed, instrumentation and contact point
  2. Ad-hoc validation campaigns performed (with details on measurements performed)
  3. Sentinel-2 data pick-up point (e.g. SciHub, Amazon, Google, USGS, PEPS)

Please prepare your presentations in MS PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat format (PDF), using the dedicated template. Only these formats will be accepted.

The presentation laptop will be running Windows connected to a projector available for the presentations.

Please consider that the meeting room is quite large, the presentations should contain clear information with appropriate font (and image) size that is legible from the back of the conference rooms.
Please bring your presentation on a USB stick (make a folder if not a single file), name it LastnameInitial.type (e.g., PresenterA.ppt) and make sure your presentation has been copied to the computer in the meeting room well before the start of your session.

Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and to make their presence known to the chair of the session.
