Lunch vouchers

On 5 to 7 May, lunch for participants will be organised in the ESRIN Canteen.

Pre-paid lunch vouchers allow participants to purchase their lunch in advance, at a standard rate (€16.80). The purchase of lunch vouchers is mandatory for non-ESA participants, as it is designed to reduce congestion and avoid long queues in the Canteen.

If you are an ESA staff or work as a contractor in ESRIN, please use the canteen as usual.

Courtesy Transport

Will you need a courtesy bus service to reach ESRIN from Frascati center and return? 

The shuttle bus schedule will be provided to all participants in the Welcome Letter, closer to the event.
