Will you need a courtesy bus service to reach ESRIN from Frascati center? 

The shuttle bus schedule will be provided to all participants in the Welcome Letter, closer to the event.

Pitch Hour Interest

Are you a student?

During the first two days of the event, talented students (BSc, MSc, and PhD) will take the stage to deliver 5-minute pitches showcasing their boldest ideas and research in Earth Observation and emerging technologies.

With only six slots available per day, this session is designed to highlight fresh perspectives and early-stage innovation. Each day will conclude with the selection of a Pitch Hour winner, who will be offered the opportunity to join ESA Φ-lab as a Visiting Researcher. The winners will be awarded on stage during the last day of the conference.

Places are limited, so register your interest and we will get back to you by 7 October.

Innovation Speed Dating Interest

A networking session designed to spark new collaborations!
Innovation Speed Dating will connect researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovators with ESA staff through a series of quick, focused one-on-one conversations (maximum 15 minutes each).

Thematic Dinners

Looking to keep the conversation going over dinner?

On Thursday, 30 October, join one of our informal, non-hosted Thematic Dinners. 

The non-hosted dinners offer a unique opportunity to engage in discussions about innovation, technology trends, and their impacts. Three research experts from the European Space Agency will be present at each dinner, introducing the themes and sitting among participants to spark new conversations, moderate engaging discussions, and foster the development of new ideas and collaborations.

These dinners will be the perfect opportunity for networking with peers and experts sharing similar interests, to inspire and be inspired. Participants will have the opportunity to register for one of the three dinners.

Important Details: The dinners will take place in Frascati, each dinner will have limited space for 30 participants and each participant will be responsible for covering their own expenses.

1. Tech4Innovation: How Does Technology Drive Innovation? - Discussion on how new technologies are driving innovation in multiple sectors.
2. Innovation Impact: Discover and Exchange on Impactful Solutions - Discover and exchange information on the most interesting and impactful solutions that utilize the latest technologies and applications to bring benefits to other sectors (e.g., medicine, agriculture, education, energy, etc.).
3. Intersections between Foundation Models, GenAI, and Quantum Computing: Technical discussion with peers and learning from experts about the latest trends and applications of Foundation Models, GenAI, and Quantum Computing.

Social Activity Interest

Please indicate your interest in the social activity involving a historical or cultural site visit, which will take place on Friday, 31 October, at a cost of €50,00.
