Invite to the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC) Annual Meeting Plenary Day on 27th April

You have received an invite to the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC) Annual Meeting Plenary Day. The IADC Annual Meeting will be held 27th April – 1st May 2026 and will see delegates from the 13-member space agencies/inter-governmental organisation invited to Harwell.

The plenary day which you have been invited to will be held on the first day of the annual meeting and will bring together both the IADC delegates and representatives from academia, government, industry and NGO’s for dialogue on space safety and sustainability. The plenary day will be a mix of presentations and panels, providing attendees an opportunity to engage with members IADC, understand the committee’s on-going research and exchange on the state of the space environment. The day will conclude with an evening reception which will provide a further opportunity to network with attendees.

The Plenary Day will take place at ECSAT’s Conference Centre, located on the Harwell Campus, offering a dedicated space for dialogue and networking.
