SMALL MEETING ROOMS

Moon and Mars

In addition to our main conference room and interpreter rooms, we also offer two smaller meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 20 people in a U-shaped seating arrangement. 

These rooms are perfect for small parallel sessions or internal meetings that require a more intimate setting. Each of our smaller meeting rooms is equipped with a monitor for presentations, making it easy to share information with your colleagues or attendees. 

These rooms are located on the first floor ensuring that they do not disturb the rest of the event while still providing a convenient and accessible space for your small meetings.
