If you would like to apply for a Student Registration Waiver / Discount, the Process is the following:

Kindly note that a waived / discounted registration fee is only available for students. To receive your code, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Abstract: Complete your abstract submission here.
  2. Receive Your Discount Code: You will be notified by the end of November whether your application was successful and a unique discount code will be sent to you. Unsuccessful applications will still be given the possibility to register applying the early registration fee until the end of November.
  3. Use Your Discount Code: Apply the code during registration.

Please ensure your abstract is submitted first to receive the student discount code.

Parking

Will you need to reserve a parking space at the ECSAT Magali Vaissiere Conference Centre?

Please note that parking is limited to 60 spaces. Once capacity is reached, this option will no longer be available.
