The Antarctica InSync Implementation Workshop 2026 will bring together the wider polar research community to advance the implementation of Antarctica InSync. Held at ESA-ESRIN in Frascati, Italy, from 10^th to 13^th November 2026, the workshop will focus on the development, harmonization, and adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop plans for joint instrument deployments, exchange on planned expeditions and projects, and discuss common data management and publication policies for coordinated Antarctic observations. Through plenary discussions, thematic breakout sessions, and a poster session, participants will exchange experiences, strengthen international collaboration, and identify practical actions to support interoperable observations, data sharing, and long-term implementation of Antarctica InSync across disciplines and national programmes.
