Information for oral presentations:

  • Oral presentations will be 12 min + 3 min discussion
  • Presenters are invited to share their slides by using the "Share content" Webex function (see workshop guidelines for details). If they have any problems, they can ask the session chairs via the chat function to share their presentation.
  • Session chairs will un-mute speakers. 
  • PPT template is available here
  • Please name your presentation in the following way: GivenName_Surname_OralOrFlash_firstWordsOfTitle.pdf
  • Upload your presentation in the correct folder until one day before your presentation

Information for flash presentations:

  • Flash presentations will be 2 min (max. 3 slides)
  • The slides (pdf) will be shown by the session chairs
  • Questions will be asked in the Webex chat, the chairs will pick up questions and ask it to the presenter, if time allows
  • Further questions can be asked in the discussion session afterwards
  • PPT template is available here.
  • Please name your presentation in the following way: GivenName_Surname_OralOrFlash_firstWordsOfTitle.pdf
  • Upload your presentation in the correct folder until one day before your presentation
  • Additionally to the 3 slides, flash presenters are invited to upload an extended presentation (poster or powerpoint slides), by adding "_extended" to the file name.
