Some rooms have been block booked in various hotels in the center of Frascati until 12th July 2019. Please download here the  Hotel form_Phiweek 2019.pdf and follow the indicated booking procedures in case you want to take advantage of the hotel block booking. After the booking deadline, rooms can still be booked upon availability via the hotel booking form.

A shuttle from/to ESRIN will be arranged from/to the center of Frascati (Piazza Marconi). Participants of the Phi-week 2019 are welcome to use this shuttle. Exact times of the shuttle bus will be communicated to registered participants about one week before the event.
